Briargate-Perfect home for USAFA Parent`s weekend! Our 4 level home offers 3 bedrooms and one bed in a family room for your family over Parents Weekend at the USAFA xxxx. Arrive at 3 pm or later on September 1st. Check out 11 am on Sept 7th. Plenty of space makes this home perfect for your week in Colorado Springs visiting your student at the USAFA. Inside the house offers a spacious living room, family room, dining room, and breakfast nook. Outside enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, lunch or dinner on the large deck. After the sun goes down enjoy a fire in the fire pit on the patio outside. Enter on the main level into the living room and dining room. The kitchen boasts of granite counter tops, microwave, gas stove, dishwasher and a new large stainless steel refrigerator, and tile floor. From the living room go upstairs to a master bedroom, and second bedroom. The master bedroom has a 5 piece bathroom HD TV, alarm clocks, and a walk in closet. The second bedroom boasts of a king size bed, closet, and alarm clock. There is also a bathroom just off the hall. Going downstairs from the kitchen you enter the comfortable family room with a 42" HD TV with a DVD player and several movies if you need a break from the activities. Washer and dryer and 1/2 bath also on family room level. Exit out the back door to a patio and large deck with plenty of seating for that dinner out side or sitting by the fire pit after dark. There is a gas grill for a BBQ dinner. The lower level has a 3 bath and a bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a family room with a single bed. Additional guests can bring a air mattresses for an extra $15 per person per night. Starbucks, Papa Murphy''s, Grocery store, Jimmy Johns, Gas station and hospital within approx 1 mile. P.F.Changs, California Pizza Kitchen, Marco''s Pizza, Salsa Brava, East Side Bar and grill, and Biaggis Italian kitchen are between you and the USAFA. USAFA North gate entrance is approx. 9 miles This is our family home so please no smoking on the property.
