This position is Fulltime and must have reliable transportation.
This position requires the following:
*KNOWLEDGE OF APPLIANCE REPAIR AND TROUBLE SHOOTING IS A MUST
*Able to lift 50 pounds
*Must know how to repair drywall
*Must know Window and glass installation
*Electrical
*Plumbing
*Basic handy work knowledge
*MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TOOLS
One or more years experience as a maintenance technician at a property management company or similar work experience preferred.
