Eligibility
Associates are eligible for an open position if they are:
1. Active in their current position for at least six months or have manager and HR approval to be released early;
2. Ratings meet expectations or higher on their PFD review;
3. No written warning or Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) within the last six months unless their manager receives approval from HR; and
4. Continuous sustained improvement is demonstrated.

Position Summary
Transports residents to health:related appointments, shopping, special events and other scheduled activities. May also serve
as courier between systems and facilities. Performs daily vehicle safety readiness checks (gas, oil, lights, turn
signals, etc.) and immediately reports any maintenance problems as appropriate. Maintains vehicle cleanliness. Assists residents into and out of vehicle and into destination location to whatever degree is necessary for each individual. Coordinates resident scheduling and routing with receptionists/dispatcher.
Minimum Education Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum Experience Requirements
2 years driving experience
License/Certifications
Current Colorado Driver's License: must comply with Fleet policy requirements
Commercial Drivers License (CDL) preferred
