COZY CABIN BY GARDEN OF THE GODS Our Cozy Cabin by Garden of the Gods is located in historic Manitou Springs, Colorado. The property is located in the very heart of Pikes Peak Area. It is about 5 min from downtown Colorado Springs, 3 min to National Historic District of Old Colorado City (a part of Colorado Springs) and 2 min to Historic Manitou Springs downtown. The property is located just two blocks from Memorial Park and Mineral Springs Gazebo... enjoy fresh mineral water every morning!Shopping and restaurants are about 3-4 blocks away. We like to walk downtown to have some mineral springs water in the morning or a cup of coffee at the nearest coffee shop.t. Taste some mineral water from different mineral springs on the way to downtown. The cabin is located on a quiet one way street. The property is comprised of 2 bedrooms/1 full bathroom downstairs, a living room, a kitchen and a dining room/breakfast nook upstairs. Each bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed. Utility room has a washer/dryer combination (stackable). We have all small appliances in the kitchen, including coffee maker, toaster, microwave, etc. Large deck offers a wonderful view of foothills and Pikes Peak. You will have to drive uphill to get to the house and downhill to get down to Memorial Park on El Paso Ave.There are a lot of museums, galleries, caverns, parks, canyons, a historic cog rail and other attractions around... You will find a lot of tourist information in the house. There is a great restaurant a walking distance from the property - Stagecoach. There is Iron Springs Melodrama Dinner and Theater about half a mile away. . Take advantage of being so close to Garden of the God - unique red rock formations. The park is free and the sunrise (or sunset) at Garden of the Gods is spectacular! We rent the cabin on a monthly basis at $xxxx (=$75/nt) to $xxxx/mo (~$85/nt) depending on a season; add''l week at $975/wk to $xxxx/wk depending on a season. We require 1 mo or longer rental agreement.
