The Job: As a Replenishment Associate, you report to the Replenishment Supervisor or Merchandise Execution Manager in partnership with the entire store team to provide sales support. In this role, you will provide customer service by creating an instock shopping environment that encourages maximum sales and high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: As a Replenishment Associate, you will deliver an excellent customer service experience through daily replenishment of newly arriving merchandise, executing the merchandise pricing strategy, and maintaining store brand. This position will also involve developing both new and existing customer relationships to increase sales support. As a Replenishment Associate, you will assist with visual merchandising to create a great customer shopping experience. Accomplishments & Core Competencies: Successful associates are friendly, enthusiastic, like working with people, and are able to follow instructions and learn procedures. All Associates must be available and willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays or weeknights, and weekend time.
