As a consultant with our company you will be able to work from anywhere! Relocation is not needed. You do not need to know real estate to be successful with us.
In the position we offer, you will join a seasoned and experienced team of real estate brokers. Your sales or marketing experience will be put to use to actively and aggressively seek out investors, and present to them the chance to earn double digit returns on their investment dollars. You can reach out to anyone you know who may be looking for strong investment opportunities. Friends, family, colleagues, business associates, lawyers, accountants etc., the source for investors is only as limited as you make it.
We offer you the chance to work independently, setting your own hours, and receiving high commissions based on your results. Work hard, work smart - just work, and you will be successful. We will give you everything you need to make this happen. You just need to suit up and show up.
Your job will be to create and develop relationships with active investors. We offer high yield investment properties such as residential income property, multi family and apartment buildings.

You will have access to seasoned, senior brokers for coaching and training, but you will be expected to work independently. As with many real estate sales positions, compensation is based exclusively on results. and is commission only. But since we offer the highest commission in the industry, if you work the plan you will make the money. Our current investment sales consultants net well over $100K a year.
