Job Description:
Work new and existing company generated leads
Use our company provided platform to follow up with and market to your database
Be available to show property
Be available to write contracts
Leads will be provided for you!!!
Job Requirements:
Must have a current CO Real Estate license
MUST BE MOTIVATED TO CLOSE DEALS!!!
Must be organized
Must have great communication skills
Must have personality, confidence and willingness to speak to new people
Must have good technology skills
Must have a car, current insurance and smart phone
Must have availability to meet with clients 7 days a week
Compensation:
Commission only - LEADS PROVIDED DAILY – SPEND YOUR TIME SELLING NOT MARKETING YOURSELF!
This is a 100% commission based position. Splits based on past production
Again, leads will be provided daily....YOU WILL HAVE NEW BUYER AND SELLER LEADS EVERYDAY! If you meet these requirements and have a strong desire to CLOSE 2-4 DEALS per month, please contact me:
