Job Description
compensation: Pay per Job
I am in need of a subcontractor to come on board for ongoing maintenance in all areas of VT. We are a preservation company and have on going work on vacant properties. Please call or email me ASAP!
Services include (not limited to):
• Grass Cuts/Snow Removal
• Lock Changes
• Winterizations
• Debris Removal/Trash Outs
• Construction Repairs
• Light Cleaning
Subcontractor must have your own vehicle, computer, printer, & smart phone to take pictures. You also need your own tools, locks, lawn mower, generator, plow, and any other tools needed to completed work orders. Must be able to pass a background check & carry your own general liability insurance
