In addition to performing a full range of administrative support duties, you will also be the primary staff member responsible for: Property Management: You will be responsible for furnishing administrative services and program management support for all aspects of real and personal property in the associated field offices. Fleet Management: You will manage the fleet program which consists of a variety of motor vehicles and industrial utility equipment. The total of the two percentages must equal at least 100 percent. **Note** As a general rule, education is not creditable above GS-05 for this position; however, graduate education may be credited in the rare occasion where the graduate education is directly related to performing administrative support duties that are related to the management of property and fleet. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
