Description: Property Analyst - Colorado Springs, CO Job Code: GCSDxxxxxxxx Job Description: &#xxxx; The candidate must be fully versed in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), FAR Supplements, contracts, Standards for the Guiding Principles of Property Management and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) as applied to property acquisition, use and disposition. &#xxxx; Oversees, manages and analyzes activities associated with property business systems to ensure company, customer and US Government property located on site and at subcontractors are managed in accordance with applicable government regulations, corporate policy, property plans and local procedures to achieve best value and operational excellence. &#xxxx; Responsible to ensure compliant status of major business systems and processes required to do business with domestic and international entities. &#xxxx; Conducts internal and external property assessments and analyzes results for financial and operational purposes; provides guidance on contracts and regulations pertaining to property life-cycle management; develops, recommends, and implements property management policy; and prepares periodic and special purpose reports relative to matters such as taxes, leasing, insurance, facility usage, etc. &#xxxx; Manages quantitative and/or qualitative methods for the analysis of program/project/event to determine compliance with existing laws, regulations, policy, and guidelines. &#xxxx; Provides guidance and training to company personnel on the application of business system processes, interpretation of laws and regulations and compliance requirements. Qualifications: &#xxxx; BS/ BA, (or equivalent,) and a minimum of ten years of applicable experience in a Government Property management/leadership capacity. &#xxxx; Certified Professional Property Manager (CPPM) certification required. &#xxxx; Thorough working knowledge of Government Property Management, FAR Part 45 and FAR 52.245-1. &#xxxx; Comprehensive understanding of governmental contracts and the flow-down of applicable clauses and requirements. &#xxxx; Top Secret clearance. Preferred Additional Skills: &#xxxx; Strong leadership skills with proven ability to drive operational excellence. &#xxxx; Prepare and present property status and statistics on property management activities; to include acquisition, receiving, identification, records, movement, physical inventory, reports, consumption, utilization, maintenance, and disposition. &#xxxx; Create and manage Property Management Plans. &#xxxx; Candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be highly motivated to perform, and display strong interpersonal relationship skills. &#xxxx; Ability to execute organizational objectives and cultivate customer relationships while working in accordance with applicable regulations, company policy, procedures and budget. &#xxxx; Knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Vendor Managed Inventory concepts are highly desirable.
