The Site Lead will coordinate property control activities to ensure continual accountability of Government and associate contractor property in accordance with applicable Government regulations and contract terms and conditions. May require movement between facilities within the Colorado Springs, CO. area and may also require travel outside of Colorado Springs, CO. and may require overtime hours to meet the needs of the program Roles and Responsibilities: • Maintains property accountability records • Determines condition, and arranges disposal of surplus or obsolete material or equipment • Supervise regional staff in all areas of the management, accountability and control of Government property • Oversee all aspects of property lifecycle and reports to the Contract Property Administrator • oversee daily battle rhythm of the property management team. Candidate will provide daily direction to the team and ensure the requirements of the contract are met within budget and on schedule. Site Lead will be responsible for supporting and directing activities related to any priority efforts assigned which are above the normal battle rhythm of the region and position.
