Current Secret - US Citizenship Required about security clearance definitions ## Position Description Provides day-to-day oversight and guidance to + 75 personnel (24/7/365 crew filling C2BMC Command Center crew positions) based on overarching direction/guidance and objectives. Administrative management/performance roles and responsibilities are provided throughout their respective contract reporting channels - Performs other management operations duties as assigned. Responsible for oversight and management of all C2BMC operational issues along, to include monitoring and reporting on the health and status of the global C2BMC enterprise. This includes applications, networks, campus communication, and any associated system or service needed to conduct assigned operations in support of C2BMC. Oversees C2BMC operations, systems administration, network management and network defense of the C2BMC mission system. Makes day-to-day decisions on the operations floor to assure the availability, quality and security of services vital to C2BMC mission systems operations, command and control (C2), and information sharing. Monitors and coordinates C2BMC support for various exercise, test and training events, to include flight and ground tests, COCOM training events, VIP visits, and other exercise and testing opportunities. Responsible for maintaining crew CCC operations floor integrity and ensuring crew members are appropriately trained, certified and able to perform all assigned missions. Ensures shifts are properly manned and changeover briefs performed. Responsible for the accuracy of all reports, keeping leadership informed, recommending courses of action and maintaining the current status of all systems at all times. Coordinates mission and network events, to include coordination with Operations Support personnel as necessary to de-conflict schedules as necessary. Coordinates and reports on the status and health of C2BMC mission systems and supporting network infrastructure and network defense capabilities. Works with C2BMC Asset Manager(s) to ensure all operations, training, maintenance, and exercise events are correctly scheduled and de-conflicted with real-world operations. Authors and/or reviews C2BMC Tasking Orders and all directives before being released for execution, compliance tracking and reporting. Monitors status of mission system and/or network restoration and recovery plans and procedures (to include any supporting operating instructions), to ensure positive control of C2BMC mission systems operation and defense. Ensures administrative duties assigned to operations crew are appropriately carried out devises supporting policy and procedures as necessary (system patching, Safe Maintenance, Custodial Care).
