Job Description
We are a Christian, Evangelical Church with a large and growing Outreach to At-Risk Kids in central Colorado Springs. In addition to the church and it's ministries, we also operate 2 childcare centers with approx. 50 staff serving 300 children ages 6 weeks - 13 years. We are looking to hire applicants with administrative gifts and a heart for ministry. Job tasks cover multiple areas including but not limited to office admin, finance admin and HR admin. Interaction with parents and/or direct involvement with ministry to children is part of all positions as well.

We are primarily looking for individuals with an active faith in Christ and a life pattern of involvement in church and ministry. We are willing to provide training to candidates whose heart is to serve the Lord. However, experience is always a plus, and we're looking for the following administrative skill set.
1. Multi-tasker: Must be able to juggle many tasks at once
2. Problem-solver: Must be able to identify and solve problems. Strong support will be given.
3. Fast-paced: Must move at a fast pace with data entry, computers and admin.
4. Handle interruption heavy environment: Must be able to thrive in this environment
5. Should have demonstrable, strong excel, word and email/internet skills
6. Attention to detail: Must have an eye for details
7. Self-starter
8. Our primary mission is to inner-city, at risk kids. So if you interview and apply for preschool teacher or admin positions, a hybrid of admin/teaching positions are also available.
COMPENSATION: $9.00-$12.00/hr (based on education and experience)
HOURS: Full-time (schedule TBD)
