The Role
Corley Plumbing * Air * Electric is looking for an HVAC Install Coordinator. The HVAC Install Coordinator is responsible for providing support to our team of talented installers to insure completion of installations in an efficient manner to meet the highest quality standards and necessary codes in order to pass inspections and provide the best overall customer experience. The HVAC Install Coordinator is responsible for providing technical service activities including trouble shooting, installation, and start-up of equipment to ensure performance and specification compliance that is consistent with Corley Plumbing Air Electric s quality standards and customer agreements. The HVAC Install Coordinator will work in conjunction with office personnel to plan, direct and coordinate activities of designated projects.
As an HVAC Install Coordinator, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to maximize capacity, improve efficiencies and insure the highest quality. You will work in conjunction with our HVAC Field Excellence Leader to insure processes are being followed and that we are working to exceed customer expectations by accomplishing the highest quality installations 100% of the time. You will work closely with our installtion teams, service technicians and comfort consultants to help provide the best possible solutions delivered at the highest possible quality.
Responsibilities
Provide onsite and telephone support to installation teams, service technicians, maintenance technicians, comfort consultants as needed.
Reviews project scope of work to determine scheduling and project parameters.
Works with the Service and/or Project Coordinator to accurately secure all equipment to insure delivery to the site on a timely basis per the customer contract.
Inspects all equipment to verify compliance with project specifications.
Insures all work is performed according to company policies and standards, safety regulations, ACCA guidelines and contractual terms and conditions.
Performs quality of work audits throughout the project and performs final walk-through inspections.
Insures proper housekeeping of project sites, facilities, vehicles and inventory at all times.
Provides job progress information to HVAC Field Excellence Leader and Dispatch.
Insure completion of all paperwork in an accurate, neat, and timely manner, to include timesheets, invoice, test and fire sheets, project coordination checklist and pictures of completed jobs.
Work in a service capacity to support complex technicial failures and provide immediate feedback for training purposes of all installation and service personnel.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience with Install
Maintain familiarization with the equipment and associated products. Provide necessary training where required
Be aware of and follow all electrical, mechanical, and other appropriate building codes.
Troubleshoot system performance and make repairs.
Verify accuracy of test and fire sheets.
Assist in verification of in-coming equipment shipments for accuracy and damage and corrects any errors.
Develop and maintain excellent customer relations with internal and external customers, vendors and subcontractors, conducting all interactions in a professional manner, consistent with Corley Plumbing Air Electric s core values.
Lead the resolution of conflicts that may arise relating to product performance and customer satisfaction responding to the customer within the same day that an inquiry or conflict arises.
