Serves as working lead supervisor coordinating activities of workers or service employees engaged in food opperations or services at large complex faculties of commercial, health care, facilty, school, campus or other estabishments. Assists in ensuring a safe working enviroment thougout the facilty for all employees. Assists in the Supervision of Day to Day activities of Subordinates and assihns responsibilty for specific work or functional activities, Orients and trains employees. Performs day to day assignments in addition to lead duties. Works with Customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service and problem resolution. Appies complex technical skills appropriate for the possition. Adapts procedures, processes, tools, equipment and techniques to meet the requirments of the possitions. Applies knowledge of department policies and procedures, and utilizes a genral understanding of other departments'' functions. Abilty to effectively communicates policy and/or proceedures in a manner esily understood by fellow employees. High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience. Previous Supervisory experiance is required. 3 or more years related work experiance
