Description
Key Role:
Provide Operations and Maintenance (O and M) and battle rhythm activities support for the Tumbleweed and ActivClient applications on the JRDC program located at Schriever AFB, CO. Perform Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) activities on the ULAN and CLAN implementations, including monitoring, reporting, troubleshooting, and configuring and complete testing of development and upgrades prior to production rollout, including monitoring system and application logs. Monitor application status, monitor and resolve tickets, check for system updates and expired certificates, and provide limited remote training to enclave administrators. Support other security applications, as required.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications::10 years of experience with IT:5 years of experience with security software application:5 years of experience with network configuration:Experience with providing IT support installing, configuring, and troubleshooting PKI:related products, conducting hands:on evaluation, and testing of PKI:related technologies:Experience with database performance tuning, database monitoring, database backup and recovery, MS:DOS batch scripting, and referential integrity concepts:Knowledge of Oracle dictionary, internals, PL/SQL, SQL*Plus, RMAN, Database Control, SQL Developer, and OPatch utility:Ability to be detailed:oriented and articulate what PKI is and how components function clearly:Ability to obtain a security clearance:MA or MS degree:DoD xxxx Certification, including Security+ or the ability to obtain within 60 days of hire or CISSP Certification
Additional Qualifications::Experience in an MDIOC/MDA environment with Change Management processes, Online Certificate Status Protocol (OCSP), Server:based Certificate Validation Protocol (SCVP), Certificate Authorities (CAs), and HBSS, ACAS, Fortify 360, or ArcSight:Experience with the use of encryption technology in PKI:Experience with a variety of IT concepts, practices, and procedures:Knowledge of security event monitoring technologies and processes, data loss prevention, endpoint security, enterprise anti:malware, Web application and database monitoring, vulnerability scanning and remediation, host intrusion prevention, or incident response:ITIL v3 Foundations Certification a plus
