Inspects clothing for buttons, seams, rips and hem repair; conducting fittings and altering clothes as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
? Tailor/alter or repair clothing as needed
? Communicate with customers about appointments, due dates, and pricing
? Use and maintain sewing machines
? Use computer to make ticket regarding necessary alterations
? Conduct fitting appointments with customer
? Know and maintain quality standards
? Know and maintain safety requirements and production standards
? Service customers at the counter
? Assist in hanging loads coming out of dry cleaning machine
? Assists in assembly of clothing

Education/Experience:
High School diploma or G.E.D. and work experience in the construction and alterations of clothing, creative hand stitching, and operating/maintaining a sewing machine.
