Mint Condition Futon in Colorado Springs, Colorado For Sale

I have a six month old Futon for sale. I paid $212.00 for it about six months ago and have decided to install a Murphy Bed in the small room where I originally put the futon. It has been slept/sat on about 6-8 times since I have owned it. It is basic brown in color, real leather and has a "click clack" system for laying ti down flat to use as a bed or can be used as a comfortable couch. It has no cuts, punctures, scrapes or broken parts. It will sleep two people and it about the same size as a full/twin bed.
It has metal legs with a chrome finnish, its 69" long, 36" wide when in the sitting position, and 44" wide when folded down into a bed. It stands 18" off the ground and has a soft "puffy" feel to the padding of the couch/bed. It is very light and easy to move and will fit into any truck bed for transportation. I will deliver this futon to your curbside at your house for an extra 30.00 if you have no way to move it.
